For long time Lucius was known in the underground as one of the most vicious fighters, making his way to the top and gaining fortune. His family was strongly against his methods and way of life, and realizing they will never be able to talk him out of it, they cut off any connection with him. Growing tired of such life, he soon became the assasin for hire, using his skills to work for some of the biggest scum in the criminal underground, and working as stockman in the Viridian City mall warehouses when his killing services aren't needed. He soon got married to a young, rather naive Arbok named Rosalie, who gave birth to his son Nicholas. For years, their marriage was filled with the arguing between two serpents and it culminated in Lucius killing his wife, taking his son away with him. He tried to make his son the same killing machine he is, claiming that the only way to succeed in life is to remove anyone standing in way without mercy or pity. He would probably even succeed in that if the outcome of his new mission didnt foil his plans.
He received a call from a mysterious person who sent him to kidnap daughter of lord Julian McCormick, Annie, and use her as a bait to kill the noble Gallade along with her. After receiving a hefty payment, he proceeded to the mansion, succesfully kidnapping young Kirlia and taking her to his shelter, making sure that Julian will follow him. When the Gallade finally caught up with him, the bloody combat ensued between them, as young Kirlia stood on the side, watching. For some time, her father was at advantage, severely wounding the Seviper, who in the end collapsed on the ground, pretending to give up and begging for mercy. As soon as Julian turned his back and went to get his daughter, Lucius jumped at him and impaled him with his tail from the back, but in the struggle, Julian managed to slash Lucius on the left side of his face. Furious and in pain, Lucius tossed the near dead Gallade away and went to kill Annie, not before Julian's teammates arrived at the scene and attacked him. Severely injured and worn out, Lucius was forced to retreat. After returning home, he realized his son went missing, asumed he was taken away by his family, and police was looking for him. He hid in the underground again, waiting for the day to have his revenge on the family and finish off the young girl he failed to kill that day. Twelve years later he returns to Viridian City, seeking for his son, and on occasions, he crosses paths with his new enemy and rival, Jake Morrison.....
