I've had this idea for a while. Been working on it for the past few days, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
I used a technique in this pic that I've never used before. Instead of having a layer for colors and a layer for shading, I had four color layers: one for cyan, one for yellow, one for magenta, and one for black (technically there were two black layers, one for lines and the other for coloring/shading). I remembered how this is how things are printed, as a combination of those four colors, and I wondered if it would be possible to draw in that way too. And apparently it is! I'll definitely experiment more with this method in the future.
Sometime soon I'll post a submission with the four layers separate from each other, just cause I think it's interesting.
