So I went a bit overboard in sketching the main delivery vehicles of the SGPD, a behemoth hybrid of a quadbike, gator, and a car called the MAKO mk. IX. xD
Hope you like it!

Okay, I'm gonna say straight up, these pizza heating boxes are a disaster.
Rule #1 of pizza delivery: Do NOT tilt the box.
You store them horizontal because the effect of gravity on a surface of soft cheese and loose toppings is going to cause the whole thing to slide off to one side. This effectively makes the vehicle guaranteed to fail its primary objective.
Of course, this makes the vehicle 100% accurate to real world military design.

Well it’s not seen (because I havent drawn it yet.xD) but the heating boxes actually have a gyroscopic tilt mechanism inside them that allows the boxes to remain near horizontal as possible.
And to prevent toppings from spilling off, the cardboard boxes themselves are purpose designed to distribute even support through something similar to dominoes boxes and something like those plastic spikes to hold up the lid from crushing the pizza.
SGPD are serious about pizza delivery. ^^

Okay, I'm going to say initially that I'm only nitpicking because it's fun to nitpick, and because I think one of the most charming aspects of a vehicle is its failings. Anyone can write about a perfect, state of the art vehicle. It's more amusing to hear delivery staff struggle with a stack of "good ideas" introduced by people who never worked delivery.
Anyway, gyroscopic tilt mechanisms: How? The internal chambers of the pizza box are flush with the lid, it *cannot* rotate to a horizontal position unless you have to load the box, rotate it, then close the lid, and even then the rectangular proportions of the box leave me dubious even to that. And then the internal divider means you *have to load and unload the box in the vertical orientation anyway* resuming the tilting problem.
Also, stability spikes. This means your box has to be disposable since one report of cross contamination between boxes is going to soil their reputation *forever*. Also, minimal effectiveness on loose toppings, unless you've got so many it's more like brush head, but then you're running into the problem of the pizza surface getting stuck to the top and pulled off the pizza when you open it.

I prefer critiques to nitpicking myself. ^_^
For the first issue you bring up, the black bags aren’t completely flush to walls of the storage boxes and the storage depth is greater than the height of the bags. When in transit the boxes lower and move ‘inwards’ towards the center of the vehicle via a lifting system. Once in place there is enough room for the gyroscope system to maneuver the boxes enough to maintain relative horizontal level. The divider is also part of the lifter, which is there to make it easier for the deliverer to get the bags out, as shown in the pic.
As for the second issue of disposability, Of course they’re disposable! Who ever heard of a reusable pizza delivery box? And they’re not pining to secure EVERY topping, thats just obsessive. The cardboard spikes are arranged with enough distance between them to not ruin the pizza and to distribute support to prevent the lid from collapsing inwards.

actually, it depends where your pizza business is located. Wish I was joking. If you look around on YouTube, you'll find there's some pretty wild places that get pizza deliveries, and the restaurant itself is located in some pretty remote spots.i myself more like that delivery driver then the vehicle, but that's a whole other discussion.
