This is what happens when your DnD character rolls perfectly on trying to pet a hoard of sharks eating at an undead leviathan the party just killed and befriends one of the sharks, and names her Meg. The wizard then enchants a magically water bubble around Meg, so she can freely float and follow the party around. She then gets put into a bag of holding and eats some demon blood in there and ends up transforming a bit. (My idea because I wanted to draw her like this. Hurhur) XD
