Step 1: Find a fishing pole, rope, net, and hire (or kidnap) Jack Sparrow
Step 2: Secure Mr. Sparrow to the end of the fishing line as bait
Step 3: Find a nice ledge where you can sit and cast your line
Step 4: Wait for a Moonpelt to firmly hook onto Mr. Sparrow before hauling them both up and prepare your net
Note: You have a about a minute or two to get the Moonpelt off of Mr. Sparrow or the Moonpelt will do its best to get into his pants
