One of your best color works so far. I like how you made cute yet sexy just like a succubus is. it reminds me of a manga i read called Rosario x Vampire, same idea with the succubus cute yet enticingly sexy and in a school to boot. I wouldnt mind hugging lil cute tora in classes *glomps while the teachers arent looking*

Never thought I'd have this much trouble choosing. I've read a bit of the Rosario to Vampire manga and I have to say, it was always a close tie between the Succubus and the Ice Witch for which was hotter to me. This picture just reminds me how difficult that choice was. Though I did choose the Ice Witch as my favorite.. you've gone and made a strong case for Succubi. It terms of art, I have to say I generally favor the way you draw your own character, as it tends to be less exaggerated. I agree, that the over-sized parts make the characters sloppy (as you said to Milkie) :P

I love the pose, suits her very well, as does the untucked blouse and off-the-shoulders jacket. :) I notice her top doesn't even have buttons going up to the neck, so she couldn't even hide her cleavage if she wanted to. :P
I really dig the crest, it's awesome :) And you know I love her little stripy skull-adorned leggings and hairband. :)
The eyes are creepy, but very awesome. :)
