When you're the assistant of the captain, you expect quick decision making and leadership skills.
Such are probably hard to find in a captain who just came out of retirement and is rusty at his old job.
So of course, it can be rather irritating when you stand there just waking for an order while your captain zones out, either because he's slow to think, or he's thinking too much.
Such was the case, as Jackie impatient tapped her foot in wait for something, anything, to come from Xander's mouth...
