I dont even know how to describe what you've done with the shades of blue, I mean, it's neat looking, but makes the eye sort of travel all over the paper...which is actually nice, instead of just drawing it to one central area.
Do also like what you did with the scarf, basically the fact that it doesn't seem flat, but like how an actual scarf would flare out in the wind.
