Is probably what the westen dragon, designed by Shuki Kato, is yelling at the troups, a whole regiment of 50 dragons designed by Jo Nakashima, to galvanize them before the battle !
Except that for our ears, it would just sound like a bunch of tiny rewrs and squeaks as the tiny dragons wiggle in place, waiting eagerly for the enemy to come and defend their grounds fiercely.

i tried making micro origami >.=.< it was hard but i was able to make jo's dragon out of an 18x18mm paper (it turned out 6mm long and tall) and i made a crane the same size as yours (but not with a receipt) and both took about 30 muinutes each to make (the crane probably took longer because of the paper size). i had to use tweasers to do both, and i almost lost both multiple times, ugh, but i made them!
