It was snowing outside.This snow was the first in Castiel's life after he was banished from hell.He sat on a chair and watched the fluttering snowflakes with intense delight.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"Conner?"
Conner was about to return from work, and he'd promised Castiel a surprise.
Cas jumped up and leaped to the door, stopped, adjusted his sweatshirt, and opened the door.
"Hello, Conn.."
Conner stood in the doorway with a real Christmas tree on his shoulder.There was snow on Conner's tree,hat, and outerwear.
"Hello, honey!Bored?"
Castiel's face was obviously filled with indescribable delight.
"Conn, this...a real Christmas Tree?Really?
Conner placed the tree next to the wall and lifted Castiel into his arms.
"You wanted to. I haven't put up a spruce tree since I moved out of my parents ' house. "
"For me...Conner,it is..she's so wonderful..Thanks!"
Castiel grabbed Conner's cheeks and kissed him on the lips.
Conner ruffled his hair.
"This is the best surprise in the world!"
Conner took the backpack off his back and handed it to Cass.
"Honey, this is what you've been waiting for."
Cas is intrigued by the curiously opened the backpack and saw..
"Christmas balls!Box with decorations!! "
He jumped for joy and smiled broadly.
"Oh, my God..!!It's a star!
Also it... "
"Yes, Cas it's glowing!"All you have to do is plug it in. "
Castiel pressed to his backpack and began to dance spin with him.
"Conner, you're the best!"I never dreamed of it when I was in hell."

Castiel never celebrated Christmas.Which is logical.He'd spent his entire life in hell, and it wasn't exactly until the holidays,but he'd always wanted to feel what he'd read in a textbook on earth science.
Snow, decorations, gifts and..loved person.
Yes, a lot has happened this year,but these two will never forget their first meeting.They knew, they knew now, and they would know forever, that they were made for each other.
They saved each other.

Evening.Castiel enthusiastically carefully hangs balls on the Christmas tree.
"Conn, like this?"
Conner looked at Cas,puzzled as he untangled the garland.
"Yes, so good"
The fluffy spruce was already neatly placed in the stand,but who would have thought it would have cost Conner so much effort.Just a few hours ago, Conner was googling how to do it, and Cas was walking around laughing.
"Can I hang this lollipop?Conner?"
"Of course,Cas."
Cas carefully hung the lollipop on a branch and walked over to Conner.
"Thats all."
"Magic is about to happen before your eyes!"
Conner took a long garland and twisted it into a spiral on the tree.
"And now in the socket."
Conner plugged it in and it glittered with bright yellow star-shaped lights.
Castiel was overjoyed.
"Conner!It's so beautiful!!!"
"Now I'm going to sit you down and you put a star on the top of the tree. It's already connected."
Cas heart turned over.
"I've wanted to for so long.."
He picked up the star and walked over to Conner.Conn sat him on his shoulder and Cas put the star on top of tree.
"Now press the button."
Cas pressed and the star lit up.
Conner turned off the light.
It was a magical sight .So magical that probably the fairies themselves would be envious.
Castiel could feel his heart beating,and a small shiver took hold of him.He hugged Conner tightly.
"You...best.. "
Conner kissed him and smoothed his hair.
"No.YOU're the best.You are an amazing.
Thank you for the holiday, sweet."
Cas's eyes filled with tears.
"You Know,Conn.I've been living in hell all these years.These were not the best years of my life.But it was worth it to wait for you."
Castiel began to cry softly.
Conner held him close and pressed his face against his neck.
"Cas .If you hadn't come into my life,I would have been gone a long time ago.You're my best Christmas present.You are my best gift of my life.
Cas smiled through his tears and let Conner go.
"Look what I saw on the Internet! "
He plucked mistletoe leaves from the wreath on the door and held them up to Conner.
"Kiss. "
Cas closed his eyes.
Conner smiled and picked him up in his arms.
"Is that what you want?Haha"
"I said kiss!So it is accepted!I saw."
Conn laughed and kissed Cas.His leafy hand came down slowly and hugged Conner neck.
It was snowing outside.Evening, lanterns, Christmas decorations.Two of them were sitting under a blanket in front of the window with mugs of cocoa with marshmallows.The only light in their apartment was a holiday tree.
There were gifts already under the tree, and a carefully drawn postcard with the words "For my dear Conner." There was pizza and mulled wine on the holiday table, which they had made together using recipes from the Internet.
There was complete peace and quiet in the souls of these two.They enjoyed each other,wholly and completely surrendered to the wonderful feeling.This very feeling is very similar to what people feel when looking at the night sky.Such an unknown and mysterious but such an alluring contemplation of the beautiful.It seemed to them that time had stopped and that the whole world was just for them. They will remember this moment for the rest of their lives.
