I did some updates to my fangs after doing that test 3D print. The back teeth was a little too small for my liking so I fatten them up. I also tweaked the others as well.
I rearranged them in a group so that it'll print fastest. The total time was actually about 10 minutes quicker despite the increase in volume. The little big of travel makes a difference as all those many layers do add up. Still the test print almost took an hour. The final print will just about double that. I plan on using 4 layer wall thickness instead of just the one layer. Hopefully the extra layers will make it stronger.
I got a brand new roll of white PLA filament to use for the final print. I have to make two sets with the 2nd one mirrored so I can get enough chompers for my upper maw. Then I'll move on to modeling the bottom ones to eventually replace all the crappy foam ones I rushed to get done for ACFI 2019. They served me well as placeholders, much better than going without any fangs when I debut my fursuit earlier in the year at TFF. I should have the new, much better set done before next TFF coming up in February. I got so much more to model and print like the new horns and the follow-me eye cups plus getting back to my claws.
BTW, I modeled this in Blender 2.8, sliced it with Cura 4.4.0, and 3D print with an Ender 3 pro
