Like he/she would raise her shirt and she'd try to struggle to get it down. Try pulling it down with her bound hands as well. Then it gets raised back up and the kidnapper compliments it tummy and asks why she's being shy and doesn't want to show it off because it's so toned and cute and he/she likes her little belly button. She's confused and weirded out as her tummy starts being being worshipped :P
