Strudel hummed softly floating around the kitchen making sure everything was ready. She already finished several dozen cookies and muffins and had her specialty in the oven cooking away. She hoped everyone would be happy with her food. The timer dinged and she perked up hurrying over grabbing her mits and slipping them on. She opened up the oven sniffing in the air that poured out.
"Oh it turned out perfect!"
She took out the warm apple pie and turned around hearing footsteps. She grinned and held it out.
