This dutch is Peppermint Cookie themed!
I was very inspired by the holidays and made him!

He is up for a flat sale of 25 USD, Paypal only!
If you pay 50 USD I will give you an additional full body flat color drawing
(Thats a 35 dollar value for 25, 10 dollar off because I really like him!)

Do you love him? but want small details changed? I will do that for free.
Larger details may have up to a 10 dollar additional charge.

You CANNOT:

Sell for more then you paid for him. (if extra art/suits is added then sure but do not buy him just to resell him for more)
Change the species from a Dutch Angel dragon
Change the deisgn to the point of it being unrecognizable (whats the point in buying him if you will change him so much?)
