Haha... a flamer. Oh god- mawlocs need to be used to get single targets... they're horrible for IG :P No- raping a squad of terminators... Oooh yeah.

i still have to say the funniest and most awkward kill i had with a guard player was with a guys master of ordi(sp) ... he went to fire it at one of my units on the far side of the map. in a night fight mission... failed to see them. rolled for 3d6 and scatter. ended up rolling an arrow which made it 4d6 scatter... and ended up landing on my Land Raider almost half way up the board penned it and wrecked it.... told me not what he as aiming for but was glad to have it happen... as it made my termies had to walk the rest of the distance before getting into the fight.

goes to show sometimes guard have amazing moments. kinda like this killing a mawloc with a flamer... though i never really fought those things as no one in my area plays with em.

A mawloc is like a carnifex that can deep strike, nasty things if they hit your line.

In a recent game my guard managed to take out a heavy weapon squad and a company command squad with sniper shots. Granted the shots were from battle cannons but they managed only one wound and it was enough to make them scatter.

to be honest i know what the mawloc can do. just no one i know of plays with them in there nid armies *laughs* oh well :)
