Going through my old photos and thought I'd share one or two of my old cuties.
This is one of my old ratties called "Bubba" He was rather young in this photo, and a fat little cutie <3 He also looooved his fruit as you can see XD

That doesn't look like fruit. It looks like a hush puppy or something fried and delicious. Doesn't seem to matter either way to that happy looking little guy though :3

Haha it was the core of a Nectarine ;D I had chopped it up for myself and used to give the ratties the core to nibble on for a while

Rats are smarter, like humans more and are cleaner. I have had hamsters, gerbils, guine pigs, ferrets and a rat. He is the most loving of all of them although the grbils are very fun to watch.

I can't imagine rats being cleaner unless you get a female honestly. cuz the males drag their balls (and thus urine) all over the place wherever they go

mine doesn't mark on my flows, we have wood floors and its very cold, it was funny the first time we let him out on the floor, he walks so tall so his balls don't touch. But yes the females are much cleaner.
