Ive been working on this sculpt off and on for months. I started back in 2018. But now that I own a 3D printer of my own, I can do way more rapid prototyping for this guy!
I still have a ton of work to do, but hopefully I can get him finished and use the 3D print to make casting molds! :D

This boy is currently YOSD sized, about 25cm tall without a head.
Ideally I want to print much larger, but I'm limited to the size of my printbed, which is relatively small.
I might be able to print him a smiiiidge bigger if I cut into the safe-zone of my build plate.
Some day I REALLY want to make an SD doll 60cm+ I might have to splice parts together at that point. But since it's a digital file, in theory I can just scale up the model. So hopefully someday he can be all sorts of sizes!

How big is the printing plate? Are you printing each section individually or as a single print?
Maybe these measurements can help with your sizing and figuring out how to either print or splicing them would work with your equipment.
My Dollshe Hound's thigh is a little over 8 inches long, he stands 67cm tall.
My Dollzone Recall is 71cm and his longest segment is about 8 inches as well.
If you need any other measurments, I am sure the boys wont mind getting taken appart to be measured.

I think the widest my build plate is, is 6-7"ish inches in length. But the prints have to be rotated and oriented in a way that won't create too much suction since it's pulled up out of a vat of liquid resin as each layer cures.
This boy currently is similar in size to Soom Jinn, one of their small mature fairy sculpts.
