So this month I lost someone so close to me it hurt.. he was literally my rock I was his favourite grandchild he would state that every time.. I did no wrong in his eyes he would stand up for me when others in my family wouldn’t.. now he’s gone and my heart is broken... I’ve lost my best friend..

I know he’s at peace now and no longer fighting everyday to fight something he couldn’t.. this Christmas has been very hard.. I rang my Nan today and she cried and cried and cried.. I then cried and cried because my heartbreaks for her..

It was hard to say goodbye to him on the Monday I broke down when I put the rose on his coffin as I never got to say it in person.. i just wasn’t ready to lose him yet I just wasn’t ready.
