I loves my Sten II. Full Auto , legally owned and papered 1943 Original tube Longbranch made. With its British Navy bronze bolt , the cyclic rate went from 500-650 Rounds per minute. I got to exercise my Class 3 toy today...so all is good!

Very cool. There was a couple Sten kits around me for dirt cheap. A few with the brass (or is it bronze?) bolts rather than the steel ones. I should have snagged one of those kits. ;-;

I was living in Arizona at the time, for safety and security reasons I leave the gun there. Plus theres no place to legally shoot it in Wisconsin thats not privately owned.

ah, yeah, the farther north you go, the more screwed you get! I was gonna guess Arizona, one of the few places you can have a class III without too much trouble.

It is a wonderful weapon. Though personally I prefer the M1 Garand for its accuracy and fire power.
