"In this week's news, famed explorer Tarma Hooth-An-Reeal returned to the city of Triplet Gate from a lengthy expedition to the Eastern Hollowlands.
He presented his findings, mostly in the form of many hundreds of drawings from his personal observations during the journey, at the Ten House College almost immediately following his return. One of his sketches, embellished by a local artist working from Hooth-An-Reeal's description, accompanies this article. The colorized work can be seen in full at our workshop on the corner of Garmouse and Malgrad Street.

Tarma spoke only briefly at his presentation, but it was enough to become infamous almost overnight. Among his controversial statements, he made spectacular claims that the Hollowlands' "beauty" was "underappreciated", and that its deepest parts - the "Heart" as he called it - contained a completely yet-unseen ecosystem that defied current physical sciences and merited full study.

Bystanders say the uproarious laughter could be heard from the farthest ends of the campus."
