A few doodle bits from my story (this is what I was talking about earlier). It's a bit long and involved so I won't bore you with the details but, this scientist guy falls in love with Lupin. Lupin actually has intelligence equal (or technically higher) than that of a human. They're just a gigantic trash lizard that causes mischief, steals food and is a general pain in the arse. However, they are more than capable of having intelligent conversations and knows a LOT about different worlds and dimensions. Doesn't mean they can't be a chaotic idiot into the mix, though. This doodle is right from the start of (I think I'm going to call him Matthew..?)'s interaction with Lupin and he tries to find out how dragons show affection so he can appeal to Lupin in a way that they can relate to. He's a sweetheart. He really is. When you compare his age to Lupin's in DRAGON terms, he's a fair bit older but, in literal years, Lupin's three times his age so...
