I'm always a little bit afraid to comment on art like this, for fear I'll say something asinine or offensive. It's a really well done picture, though, and it does hit pretty hard. The limited colors, cold shade of blue and blood(?) from her nose all speak to me of a bleak despair or depression, with the black gunk of it closing over her. Usually, your emotional works like this have an undertone of defiance or hope, however slim, but this one just feels completely overwhelming. Maybe it's just my own interpretation skewing things, but it feels a lot more raw and painful than your other works in a similar vein. This is by no means a criticism, mind. I like that it makes me feel, and makes me think, the same as your art has always done, and I've always admired you for not shying away from darker subjects like this. The fact that your art runs a full gamut of emotions is a big part of what makes you one of my very favorite artists on this site.
