Well I'd say once a day, but I know it would be unreasonable for you to work that fast, haha. Maybe once a day whenever you have music ready? Having several in a day would be really fun but it's nicer to have something to look forward to every day; if I want to listen to a lot of them at once I can just wait for a few days, which is easy since I don't always log in every day!
