To celebrate buying a new home with my younger sister and nephews, I thought to get a couple of pieces of Sam and Cali getting a new home together. Unlike the new house we have, Sam and Cali decided to go with something that will take a bit of work, but will be theirs that little bit sooner.

While its a bit of a fixer upper, the former Stauf Mansion (now Sam Mansion) does have some additional amenities as well as some pre-existing 'Guests'
