nice work. i find i have written some of my best music during my deepest depression...maybe i should post something some day.

Well, I always find that it's good to get your sadness out in the open -- and then again it's also bad to do so.

It's a toss up really, on the one hand you are venting your emotions (through art or otherwise) positively to anyone who will listen -- which is also the bad part.

I personally find that I cannot truly replicate how I feel onto a sheet of music without it sounding either like poopy, or great.
