A faint grumbling could be heard from the living room, "How..." Ally looked down at her dress, scrunching her nose up at the sight of it.
"You know sis, you sure look cute in that!", Alun playfully teased, dressed in a festive outfit himself. They along with everyone else was gearing up for some holiday cheer, which meant appropriate outfits.
Nobody however told Ally she'd be wearing a dress as her elf outfit.
"HOW did I ever let you convince me to put THIS on!?", she huffed loudly, "I feel so....exposed! How do girls wear stuff like this?"
She would go on moaning for a while longer until finally being allowed to slip on some shorts under the skirt for a little more comfort.

I just had to get a festive piece, but of what? I fretted. Eventually I figured out that this would be a cute idea.
Alun being a bit of a tease as Ally utterly hates being made to wear a dress. Even if it is in the spirit of the holiday, the girl can't stand anything actually intended for girls. She was likely expecting an outfit like Alun is wearing.
