A variant of my snek that might be more of a thing in future done by :koolkat:
The idea being that it'd be a mix of a magician and a jester, and since in most media magic is done via verbal commands, the dumb side of me thought that puns would be an expectable interpretation!

Chances are he'll be used as a part/inanimate TF instigator if used, but otherwise, have the lizardwizard
