Yes the 1971 Sabrina The Teenage Witch not the 1996 live action show or the 1999 animated series but the OG Filmation's 1971 version so if you asking why not the 90s version is I grew up in the 70s and I never seen any of the 90s versions, not one but do remember seeing Filmation's cartoon version seeing that Filmation Studio are the same folks that made cartoons like:

Filmation adapted not only the main Archie Comics characters to television but also Sabrina the Teenage Witch and her supporting cast. Sabrina made her animated debut when “The Archie Show” expanded to a one-hour format in 1969, retitled “The Archie Comedy Hour”. The Sabrina segments were later repackaged as a series called “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” for airing starting in 1971.
