FOP: Kimmy's "little" wish
Just something quick I whipped up today for funsies after seeing this character on the fairly oddparents wikki:

It would have been cool to find out that she too has faires but instead she was treated as a joke and nothing more in one episode. So I was thinking about the possibility of timmy lending her a wand and "da rules" for a day. And you all can see what has become of that XP
