Here I present you a new character!
Cynthia the Typhlosion. I had her in my mind since years now.

Cynthia the Typhlosion: is an very talented engineer. Give her flawless plans and resources, and she will build it! (Not for free.)
She use the neck flames to fuel up the tanks near her. It also fuel up her personal mech.
Her "cross belt" is usualy used as belt-overalls combo. Due to the hard working, she took off her top half.

But... what did they build? I have no idea either.. I know that it work at least!
