Freya - Tabby with white splotches - One of the 3 kittens we fostered! She has now been homed ^^
Goblin - Wide eyed black - One of the 3 kittens we fostered! This is how Goblin looks most of the time, her eyes are big and round and she always seems to look spooked lol, she is a very weird kitten and was part of the trio that we took in. We think she was not originally from the group but rather stolen from another mother, she seemed to be a few weeks behind the other two and is still just a very tiny cat. She likes to play by herself a lot and gets into the weirdest predicaments around the house (falling into the toilet, falling in between the couch and wall, etc.) We knew not many people would "get" her oddities so from fairly early on we had decided to keep her.
Bub "Bubby" - Light grey tabby - Bub is referred to as my cat boyfriend, he does love me most and pretty much from the moment we found him he's been very attached to me. He made me a cat person and put up with me not really knowing cat language for awhile. He loves everyone tho and is a very friendly cat. He is also fat, we've tried to put him on a diet which just makes him crazy so within some reason we just let him be the way he is. Bub was found by us when we were cleaning a house for my mate's mother who owns rental properties, his previous owners had abandoned him outside and he came up from under the porch when we were there cleaning. We can tell that they had abused him at least somewhat because he shys away if you roll a newspaper to swat a fly, the end of his tail has been broken before and one of his teeth is broken (doesn't bother him since it's not down to the root) and we think he was kicked but have no way of actually knowing. Regardless of this he loves us and is just overall very chill and even played surrogate cat parent when we brought in the kittens - he still enjoys grooming them even tho they're a lot bigger now.
Grimm - Black big panther boy - We formally adopted Grimm in early December 2018, he had been part of a feral cat colony trap/neuter/release program resulting in one of his ear tips being taken off for identification purposes but was eventually retrapped because people in the neighborhood told the volunteer that he was actually friendly towards people. She trapped him again and fostered him for quite awhile since he also had scratches on his face that needed treated. Grimm is a super sweet boy who loves attention. He likes to mash his face into yours and enjoys kisses and lots of pets. He doesn't really enjoy being picked up or staying on your lap for long periods of time but does very much love people. His foster mom didn't think anyone would want him because he's a black cat and has some scarring on his face and a cut eartip, and it is true, for most cats like this it is very hard for them to get adopted but I saw his picture online and loved him right away. It is like he was meant to be ours and he fit right in immediately. We got a very special Christmas gift of having him in our life and he gets to be inside forever now which he seems to have absolutely no problem with.

I encourage people to adopt/foster/rescue - I also encourage people to consider adopting a black kitty, they get very overlooked but they are beautiful cats - Grimm is like having a mini panther in the house and Goblin makes us laugh all the time with her wide orange eyes, especially when you see her in the shadows and it looks like just the pair of eyes.
