Unable to get Kurt's attention, Danathius winds up as an extra bit of flavoring for Kurt's mid-day snack. What a dreadful turn of events! To make matters worse, the poor human can't even protect himself from being chewed up with protective spells! His only choice is to use his speed and size to his advantage to avoid the giant's gnashing fangs while they reduce the dragon's snack to a masticated mess. Much to the mage's surprise, he is able to seek shelter by jumping to Kurt's uvula, to avoid the utter chaos of the dragon's chewing! Dangling preciously above the undulating gullet beneath of him, the tiny human seems safe, if a bit rattled, for the time being...until Kurt decided to take a sip of his drink, that is.
