Sara (on the left) introduces the tomboy Carrie to ballet! Normally Carrie wouldn't ever be caught in anything so pink and girly as the outfit she's in right now. Everything is usually in shades of brown and earthen shades, and definitely no tights and leotards.
But, since she got Sara all muddy out on a 'shortcut' she's promised that she'd try ballet with Sara. From one passion to the other. Best friends regardless of the extremes. Sara the pretty kitty, and Carrie the muddy tomboy. Best friends forever!

Well, I did get her muddy, but still, she could have let me barrow, one of her dance outfits, but noooo she wanted to make me all girly. Her leotard purple, and the tights, eh, they're more fushia, they could have been purple too, but she gave me her little sister's ballet outfit. Yuck!
Yeah, Yeah, I know, but I did have the last laugh myself and I found that going mudding in a ballet outfit like this really can cut your cleanup time in half!!!

Sara's only wearing purple cause she's more advanced, and that pink outfit was given to Carrie cause she's a total ballet newbie. So Carrie's outfit in Sara's little sisters old ballet leotard n tights and tutu skirt too! Though I gotta admit now, it was a pretty comfortable outfit, except for that whole pink part.
Carrie's pink leotard outfit is a hand-me-down, so she didn't have to pay for it. With leotards, they fit pretty well all around and Sara's little sister also does ballet too, this is her old leotard. Its a little snug in places for Carrie, but still fits just fine! Sooo totally Embarrassing!
