Seriously, I take my ferret puppet most places I go, unless it happens to be to a thrift store, where they might think I'm trying to steal him or something.
He wears a multi-colored collar and also has a neon purple band on his tail that is not visible in the photo.

I got most of mine through eBay, or from places like the Salvation Army store. Finding them in colors other than blue denim is a bit hard, but I manage to find a lot with Disney or Warner Brothers characters on them. I don't know where a person would go if they wanted to buy them new. Overalls are a lot easier to find than shortalls, and I've cut the legs of overalls to make them short before.
Do the thrift stores in your area. Goodwill, Salvation Army and similar places usually charge $3 to $6 per pair. There are usually only a few pairs to choose from when I go in, and not often in a style I like. Sometimes I get lucky and come home with a couple pairs. Other times I find nothing.
i tried at value village and didnt find any, the others i can't really go to unless my mate drives me there since i don't drive but thats okay because i also just realized i was using the wrong keywords to search ebay. ^^;

Using "women" is probably the best option. Using "adult" never finds much. Sometimes I just look for "shortalls" with no other words, just because I like to see pictures of them. You can always narrow it down by clicking on "clothing" then "women" on the left side of the screen.
Yes. The character is me, and I made the character. Actually, I am the character, except that I don't actually have fur and a tail. Every single thing that FoxWolfie the raccoon likes and does is the same as my real-life self, because the character is just my online self.
They have an even older one. It is very light tan with dark brown feet. That one is the best they ever made, but they are nearly impossible to find any more.
