On a silent Winter evening, while 95% of Inkopolis Square is away for Squidmas vacation, Icarus and Julie stay in their team's apartment since both of their families were extremely busy. They both decide to take a quick walk around the empty Square and have friendly chats. That is, until Julie asks Icarus why he hasn't been able to use his Primal Kraken form since they and their friends moved to Inkopolis Square. He admits that the form was getting weaker after he learned how to control it and he noticed that other squads were talking about it being unfair and broken. So he chose to never use it in Turf War or Ranked Battles again, unless he or his friends' lives were in danger again.
She then asks him how the form could've been weakened, and he responds with a theory that Rose, their friend and squad leader, had thought of. The Primal Kraken form was at its strongest when Julie had been shot during that match in Saltspray Rig, simply because Icarus was so upset that one of his closest friends was injured for no good reason. It was that internal pain that gave the Primal Kraken its power. And since he hadn't felt that pain since then, the form had slowly gotten weaker and weaker each time it was used.
Icarus continued by saying that he hadn't realized until just before the FinalFest that Julie meant more to him than he thought. At first, she was another one of his best friends and teammates. But now, he realizes that she means more to him than that.
Julie was taken aback by this info. So much that she forgot to see where she was going and started to trip! But Icarus caught on quickly and catches her before she fell. With him holding her and her hands on his chest, they stare into each others eyes. And then, just as snow began to fall and without giving it a second thought, Julie swiftly moves right in and...well, you can see what happened. ;)

I used paint that I still had from doing my Halloween pumpkins to make the falling snow. All in all, this took a while to put together, but I'm proud of it (even though I kinda goofed on a hidden little Easter Egg I put in for laughs).
