Within the Sublime Imperium, the imperial Paragon is held as a pinnacle figure in mind, body and spirit. The emperors take particular care of their bodies, and choose their outfits carefully.
So it is with Uriel Ultanos the Sixteenth. Raised to see his body as a temple, and assisted by a court of designers and outfitters, Uriel proactively embodies the status of "paragon" in his choice of clothes, the adornments and how he conditions his body. He already looks very handsome, especially wi that slick-looking haircut! I also like how you implemented the curves of his body and the shades of brown.
The ceremony outfit has plenty of class, of course. Those patterns and the use of primary colours are good-looking, while the yellow trim fits wit his natural colours.
The same trim (and fasteners!) matches again wit his handsome, gallant armour. Adding to the gallance is the mainly white colours, though there is also the red cape, which also is analogous to his reds. The armour itself also looks practical i not only covering a lot of the body (including the long neck) but also appearing rather movable.
