“Pepe! Are you hungry too? Here…”
A symphony of delighted chirps filled the air as the birds gathered around her, waiting their turn to be fed.
Hidden away behind the temple, Whisper wanted to have some quiet time to unwind and eat her lunch before returning to her training.
Which somehow turned into her feeding several feathery friends! While she had more than enough food, she soon wished had brought more…for herself. Nonetheless, she could not help but smile at the little birds and how something so simple as rice made them happy.
…how she wished that was the case for everything in life.
“Oww!” As she went to eat some of the food for herself, Whisper felt a light peck on her thigh, only to be greeted by a fluffy birb puffing out at her. Apparently she was not allowed to eat her own food until it ate first-
“Gomen.”
Making sure no one was around, she scooped up the little bird and let it perch in her hand as she offered it a few scoops of rice.
Huge points if anyone recognizes Pepe or where it comes from-
I swear I say “aww” everytime I see this piece because it is just too cute! I love how simple yet meaningful it is. Even tough ninjas enjoy simple pleasures in life or have their soft side…they just are selective in whom they allow to see their nicer side.
I have had a few people ask me is Whisper “good or bad” in terms of her alignment-
I would say neither. She is definitely more of a chaotic neutral…she 'can' be nice, but only if and when she feels like it and around those she trusts and feels she can be herself around without judgment. Which at the moment, seems to be some cute little birds: aren’t they precious?!
I am SO behind on posting art: my apologies! I have to admit between my job and real life, I have not felt like posting commissions like I usually do (yet I keep buying more art; ironic I know).
But do not worry! I plan to be more active, especially around the holidays.

ok so I admit, I miiiight have missed the upload on these ones, aplogies!
I know that birb! I never once saw one in the games cuz when I'm playing I'm as blind as a Marksman Hunter in melee but I know where it! Now the theory nerd in me can come out and have her shake hands with Jaina before stealing her clothes and killing horde in her name cuz Whisper had always figured Ogrimmar should be under the sea already!
also that is some Taoist philosophy right there! The system of conjoined yet opposing forces! Whether intentional or not I really like it's inclusion considering the eastern themeing of whisper and this piece ^_^
