Why Rocket missed the fursuit parade at MCFC 2018: He was asked by several highly-placed CAP staff members to attend the Michigan Wing CAP Conference held in my hometown on the same weekend. Rocket's appearance was requested by the state-level director of aerospace education. Somehow the coyote rocket expert escaped any attention by any official photographer. We understand Rocket has special powers which can render cameras inoperable, sometimes deliberately.

However, here is a display of some of our model rocket fleet display along with an image promoting the mascot. Later, Rocket's owner was presented his fifth Commander's Commendation for involvement in this event.
