Oh, definitely. Not many mice are born with the potential to become mindwalkers and even fewer of those have the precision and skill necessary to even try to become teachers. Luckily, once the antennae sprout, they grow in fully at a rather quick rate. Usually, by the time a mouseling can speak coherently, their antennae will be fully developed. Any adult mouse well versed in medicine or juvenile education would be able to pretty easily recognize when a mouseling might have a high psionic potential and recommend a consultation with a master mindwalker to the parents. If the mouseling had suitable potential they would then have access to lessons with a qualified instructor best suited to their psionic fingerprint. These lessons could range from very basic, with the intention of simply being able to prevent any accidental usage or overspill of their abilities to the same frequency and personalization that one might see with children being raised to compete in the Olympics.
