Today's sketch is for  DesmondFallout and part of his quest of collecting all 400 and some odd pokemon of Desmond. (You can read all the details here.) I told Desmond that he can choose one of the five pokemon I was drawing for him. After much deliberation he ended up choosing Scizor.

Wow...

She came out hotter then I anticipated, and I am really liking this picture.

Now, I know most Scizors (according to the sprite references) have their abdomen more facing forward, but the other references I was pointed to has it push backwards. I feel the abdomen can be either or like some insects can do with their own, so I choose to place it back more for the pose.


I told him I'll draw 5 and I've got 1 more to go on this on project... aside the coloring. :P

P.S. Coloring this will be a blast and will show off the markings better.
