carcharoth produce sketch after sketch for his Shadow of the Dog Lord RPG was making me itch to draw s'more fantasy-inspired furs, and this particular ranger is a character concept I've wanted to play with for quite some time.
She doesn't have a name yet, but her heritage would probably be similar to that of a Sylvan elf. While she -is- blind, she does have an owl companion who serves as her eyes, both in everyday life and on the battlefield. During the course of a fight, he swoops low over her enemies' heads, alerting her as to their locations by hooting. x3

I'm glad you like her! She didn't come out as...well, as pretty as I'd like, but I may do another shot with the blindfold off at some point. Careful about letting her near any handsome, armor-clad soldier, though. She's a livewire. <3
I'm currently playing her elven equivalent in a 3.5 campaign (Red Hand, wewt~), and she's a lot of fun. x3

Well, the way the class packages work are you get X number of skills trained from the list of class skills, and then you pick 1 class ability from the list. As you advance you can pick more, but you only get 1 at character creation (I ensured no one is more broken than another at creation...unlike certain gamers I play Exalted with who can't seem to grasp the term "balanced character" )
