Merkindesr, being the only tiger that I know, seems to get some pretty special perks from me.
Today (14 Feb 2010) is Chinese New Year*. It is now the year of the Tiger. I wanted to draw a tiger, but I hate drawing throw-away characters. Solution? Merk, who also seems to have raided my wardrobe. So now I bring to you two white guys in Chinese attire! As a treat, I added in Merk's mate, Dale. As much as I hated using fursuits as a reference, I think I got the job done, though I made Merk a little... young.
Look at him, so cocky on top of his fox. ...Merkindale. Dale-indesr. Merkdale.
I don't know who is the dominant one of the two of you or who is larger (aka I can't see through fursuits), but since it's the year of the Tiger, let's just assume Merk is the more powerful one. Who wears flowery clothing.
The symbols on top say "Happy (Chinese) New Year" and the stamp on the bottom is a generic mood stamp saying "Prosperity". I didn't sign it since I don't actually have a Chinese signature and I was too tired to grab my notes and make one up.
*It's also Valentine's Day, but Chinese New Year is more important.
Done on an Arches Cold-Pressed Watercolour Block (9x12) with Chinese ink (including the half-hour of grinding it), watercolour, and white acrylic.

Art © Kiet 2010 (It better be, I'm showing this as one of my pieces to a panel of international judges. ... Hope that isn't worrying to you, Merk >:3)
Yes, I KNOW the stamp is crooked. Taisez-vous, j'ai sommeil.
EDIT: Changed submission file to one with more colour... and prints well.
