It's actually based on an old carol, Good King Wenceslas, in which the titular king spots a poor man gathering wood in the snowy, cold weather.
He then travels out with his page (two pages in my pic) to deliver food, wine and firewood to the man!
The carol is pretty catchy and certainly inspired me enough to make a pic about it. hehe~
