Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up at 11ish when my alarm went off, then I headed upstairs and ate a bowl of honey nut almond cereal. After, mum and I drove to Nashville for a day of fun and to pick dad up from the airport!

Our first stop was the mall, and we went inside the Outdoor World store. Mum didn't think it connected to the rest of the mall, but we found out it did! I thought I remembered such! When we got inside the mall-main, we saw a trail of blood drops on the floor. Mum had to go to the bathroom, and we followed the drops all the way to the restrooms, where we saw the trail led to the men's room. I went inside and saw a young black guy washing his fingers in the sink...He seemed okay, and I imagine that he probably accidentally sliced his finger on something. When I got done using the toilet, mum and I saw that some cops were chatting with him. He didn't seem in trouble, but hecc, he lost a lot of blood!

We headed to Rainforest Cafe and we got a Sampler Appetizer (With some weird fried burrito things, some cheese sticks, some chicken, and some really amazing spinach dip! After picking at that a bit, mum and I each got the trio-platter...Coconut shrimp, steak, and some ribs. Mum didn't like the shrimp so she gave them to me, and by the time I finished eating them, I was pretty full! We took home a lot, then after perusing the Rainforest Cafe shop, we headed deeper into the mall.

It was a really strange experience, because these really pushy make-up people accosted us twice. The first guy gave me a sample pack of lotion, than seeing mum's shirt (Which simply said “KY”), said “Ahh, you're from Kentucky. Let me get you the good stuff!”, and then tried to apply this syringe-style make-up near her eyes. She was not about that. Weird thing was that before getting to the Body Works store, another salesperson (This one a woman) did the same! Ahhhh!

Eventually we got everything she needed and headed to the airport, where I tried my best to navigate the confusing, unlabeled parking lot to get to short term parking...I did find it, and managed to get a spot on the 4th floor of a garage, and all the while my sister Amber was talking with mum and distracting me as I searched for where to go. Gluh!

We did park and headed inside, where mum and I sat in a lounge for the better part of 3 hours. She was on a love seat and I was on a chair, and the glass walls beside us gave us a clear view of the people leaving the security zone. Mum said she wanted to see someone run against the “Do not enter” area so they'd get tazed, but no one did. Eventually she and I made a bet at some point, where I said that we'd arrive home after 9:30, and she said we'd get there before. Dad's plane landed at a little before 7 and mum and I stood around waiting for him...And waiting...And waiting...

...And eventually he showed up. But then we had to get bags he checked, so we went to the baggage claim...Where we waited...And waited...And waited...

...And then we tried to find the parking lot, but got lost, so had to backtrack and go back inside to the rent-a-car area and re-exit. We found the car and despite being sleepy, dad drove. We headed outside the city, then he stopped at the rest area just past the Kentucky-Tennessee border because he had to go to the bathroom...And I spent the time teasing mum, saying that time was ticking!

And then we drove to Cadiz, and we had to get gas...Tick tock, tick tock! She was probably gonna win so she tried getting me to give her a foot massage, and I told her that we don't just add stipulations mid-bet, so I refused.

Eventually we got home around 9:20ish, then when we got there we waited until about 10:20 when sister Alecia and her fiance Debbie and their housemate Katherine arrived. We played a game of 5-crowns where I won! Dad was a bit loud and loopy and we were all a bit tipsy and ate a bunch of grapes, but around 12:45 we finished and eeee! I won a game!

I headed downstairs and then spent time typing and watching tubes. I wound up heading to bed around 4 AM, because bad noodle!
