In the Galar region, many fossils of older pokemon are often separated due to a number of careless scientists and quick discoveries without strong evidence. This has led to a number of pokemon being revived from fossils that weren’t meant to be placed together, resulting in unique oddities for the revived fossil pokemon. Vida’s fossil was handled in a similar fashion, being combined with another fossil as if the two fit before she was revived. This has led to Vida being brought back to life with a lot of problems, particularly her fast and speedy legs being replaced with slow and strong ones. This new lower half of her body has affected her in many different ways, especially her typing which could explain her original ability to fly. Due to the careless nature that the scientists had when reviving her and others like her, Vida couldn’t be studied much outside of how combined fossils may lead to unique qualities. With little that can be done for Vida, she is now being under the care of a strong Sirfetch’d looking to help train and teach her alongside the fossil revival program. There is still much for Vida to understand about this world, but she does enjoy being around so many friendly pokemon.

Likes: Electric Types, Curry, Soft Things ( With the ability Volt Absorb, Vida is able to take in electric type moves or attacks and reenergize herself if she’s feeling weak. Being a fossil pokemon brought back into the world can lead to many new discoveries, especially tasty ones such as curry which is popular in Galar. Vida has slowly taken a strong love towards soft things such as plushies or fluffy pokemon, especially when they’re really big and soft. )
Dislikes: Cold Seasons, Walking Trouble, Pokemon Battles ( For lots of dragon types colder seasons are very dangerous for many reasons, the same can be said for Vida thanks to her new body and its new typing. As Vida is composed of two pokemon now, she’ll have some trouble adapting to her new lower half which is much heavier and doesn’t allow for fast running. Vida’s fighting capabilities aren’t exactly at their best just yet thanks to having been recently revived, though the bigger problem is half of her original body is missing. )

There are many things for a pokemon brought back into the world that they need to learn and understand, with Vida still missing a lot of things she tends to lose herself in her thoughts. )
