It seems that 
Mightyraptor was too tempted by the chocolate cake we were having and helped themselves to a taste. Seems they got so carried away that they wedged themselves in the cake, breaching up out of the top to try and escape. When did so, they were greeted by several hungry faces~
Doesnt seem that they mind that the cane has gotten a special last minute ingredient added~
