Though she is neither ruthless or dispassionate, If there is a profit to be made, the one pony who is sure to find it is Orchid. With a keen business acumen, she is well able to discern what ponies want and will provide it to them for the right price. Her most successful venture is the establishment of a spa alongside her dragon Gaia and her best friend, Honeysuckle. For all their growth, magicorns are still prone to the arrogance of their predecesors and many take great pride in maintaining their appearances. Along with providing such grooming services, the spa is an ideal place to relax as Orchid expertly uses her ability to manipulate emotions to create an atmosphere of deep calm. Even breathing in the air, it is difficult to feel any negative emotions, making it a wonderful place for ponies to spend their time. In such tranquil surroundings it is common for ponies to divulge their deepest thoughts and feelings. This makes being able to keep a secret one of her most important attributes. Albeit, her ability to keep a secret is often tested by Gaia and Honeysuckle who love a good evening spent gossiping. Though she enjoys her work and spending time with the wide multitude of ponies who visit, there is nothing that she finds more rewarding than being with her best friends.
