Heehee! Yeah I took one look and knew my old foe. he who at the very first nights, my doom; yet with planning, and strategy, could be farmed, as he was easier than some late game monsters. fancy that, eh?
[for those who play Terraria; he only spawns after you've gotten 200 health. so if you consume heart crystals only up to 180 you can progress through the early game safely, concievably collecting enough crystals to boost you all the way to 400 health, and perhaps even molten armor and weapons! only then, when you consume the other health boosts, he'll spawn, nigh without fail.

So many teeth...and eyes! Bet trips to the dentist are interesting. "Look at how your gums are bleeding!" "Yes, I can see! Maybe it has something to do with the sharp metal things you keep jabbing into my gums huh? Last I checked, no part of my body reacts to having sharp metal things jabbed into it with anything other than bleeding!"
What's funny is when I was in high school and went to the dentist, one of the people there was griping at me about my gums bleeding while she kept jabbing at them with the thing, and I said that to her. Her reaction was pretty amusing, she just froze like no one had ever called her out on that before then said "Well they shouldn't be bleeding THIS easily!"

Ugh. I mean, to be fair, NO one likes the dentist >_> I honestly feel a bit bad for dentists - it must kinda suck as a job, stuck staring into people's gross mouths all day smelling their breath and knowing the whole time the patient hates them and would rather be dead XD
I actually had an eldritch abomination in my homebrew campaign similar to this. Needless to say when I brought it up, it thoroughly freaked out one of the players and became her personal nightmare fuel for the rest of the campaign lol Of course mine was the size of a mountain with tendrils stretching hundreds of miles.
