Ah yes, another seal girl uwu
I've had her floating around in my head for the longest time and I'm quite happy with how she came out~
Rakia is based off of a Ringed Seal and I consider her a friend of Rulmhia's (because they're both seals hehe)
Unlike Rulmhia though, she is less thicc and more on the elegant side as far as personalities go...
I plan on making art with the two of them in the future =^_^=
Also, her colors remind me of chocolate hence the choco scent ahaha >3<;;
