It's one of my old characters. She was sometimes in my work, but I didn't publish her reference sheet here.

So her name is Tilayi. She is a representative of the Vogring species. (In my language, the first letter in the name of this species is F. But in that case, it will be a kind of humidifier for you. XD) These animals live in Tremiria. I have many illustrations of this world. Here are some examples:

These are intelligent creatures that lead a more animal lifestyle and partially possess weak magic. Specifically, Tilayi is a fortune teller and sometimes sees the future. She participated in the upbringing of Madomean and taught her to talk when she was a nestling.
Speaking of her character, she's a calculating dreamer. She is kind and always ready to come to the rescue.
There is truth in her story and not very positive moments. One day she was attacked by a pack of large predators who severely traumatized her. It broke her badly and morally because she considered herself a burden. Nevertheless, she was still loved and helped in any way she could.
